CANCELLATION POLICY

1. This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all cancellations, modifications, and related disputes arising from transactions conducted through Petrolube Trade ("Platform").

2. Petrolube Trade operates solely as a B2B marketplace and advertising facilitator connecting Buyers and Sellers of petroleum products. The Platform does not manufacture, supply, sell, or deliver any products on behalf of the buyers and is not a party to any contract between Buyers and Sellers.

3. All transactions are executed directly between the contracting parties, and the Platform's involvement is strictly limited to providing information, advertising products, and facilitating communication.

4. All cancellations, refunds, or modifications of orders shall be handled exclusively by the Buyer and Seller.

5. Petrolube Trade may provide a communication channel or documentation facility to record cancellation requests or related communications, but such facilitation does not constitute enforcement, approval, or guarantee of any cancellation, refund, or settlement.

6. Any advance payments, deposits, or fees associated with a transaction are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and Seller, and Petrolube Trade shall not be liable for retention, forfeiture, or reimbursement of any such amounts.

7. Users expressly acknowledge and agree that Petrolube Trade assumes no liability for any failure, delay, or cancellation of any order, including but not limited to any claims, losses, damages, or costs arising from disputes between Buyers and Sellers over payments, delivery obligations, contractual terms, or any associated penalties. Users hereby release, waive, and indemnify Petrolube Trade, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any such claims, losses, damages, or costs, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from or in connection with cancelled or modified orders.

8. Petrolube Trade reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any User who misuses cancellation procedures or dispute mechanisms, submits fraudulent claims, or otherwise interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform, without incurring any liability to such User or to any third party. The Platform may, at its discretion, provide documentation or evidence of communications between Buyers and Sellers, solely as a convenience or record, without assuming any responsibility for the resolution of disputes or enforcement of cancellations.

9. By using the Platform, Users acknowledge that they fully understand and accept Petrolube Trade's role as a facilitator and not as a contracting party, and that all responsibility for resolving cancellations, refunds, or modifications rests entirely with the Buyer and Seller. Users further acknowledge that any tools, guidance, or communication support provided by the Platform in relation to cancellations are offered solely for convenience, without warranty, guarantee, or obligation on the part of Petrolube Trade to enforce, mediate, or resolve any transaction dispute.
